Credit Terms are assigned by Holiday Wholesale only & require a completed & accurate Credit Application, all applicable tax forms, approved Bank & Credit References & a purchase history with Holiday Wholesale.

Ordering Procedure1. Scheduled Sales Call from a Holiday Wholesale    Sales Representative 2. No Minimum Order Requirements 3. Scheduled Weekly Delivery 4. Delivered with Invoicing (signature required)
Conditions of Sale1. Tobacco shortages must be noted at time of    delvery 2. All other shortages must be reported within 24    hours of delivery
